We've been trying to get them to update our address in their database for two years. They still ship hardware orders to our old address on half of our orders. I ordered a new Dell. Account had not been active for a couple years. I don't buy computers once a year. Order gets cancelled. Called DFS to verify who I was. They can't verify me because my phone and address don't jive. Well, you can't update the freak'n account address from what I can see. I have my current credit/debit card listed. CURRENT. You know, the one tied to my bank. Nope. Dell just lost 5 grand. That's one customer. Do the math. Get this. I ordered a new Dell. Account had not been active for a couple years. I would add that though the ICS is great in the fight one must remember to keep the troops liberally motivated off scene and that the titles on ones business cards does not always match whom one delegates responsibility to as the Incident Commander. That role goes to the most qualified to solve the problem at hand.
